01The honest version of niche edits
Niche edits have a mixed reputation, and for good reason. A lot of what's sold under the name is links dropped into private blog networks or into sites that exist only to sell links. Those placements can look fine on a metrics sheet and still put your site at risk.
We don't buy from networks and we don't use PBNs. Every site is reviewed by a person for:
- Real organic traffic — not just a high Domain Rating with nobody visiting.
- Topical relevance to the page we're linking to.
- Outbound link patterns — sites linking out to everything, in every niche, get excluded.
- Content quality — the article has to be something a reader would genuinely find useful.
It's slower and harder than buying a list. It's also why we haven't had a client penalty in more than seven years of link building.
02Niche edits vs guest posts
Both have a place. Guest posts let you control the whole article and build a relationship with a publication. Niche edits let you tap into content that already has history and visibility. Most of our campaigns use a mix of the two, weighted by your niche, your competitors' link profiles and the pages you need to move.
Before we start, we'll often run a backlink analysis so we know what your current profile looks like and where the gaps and risks are. That shapes how many links we build, where they point and which anchors we use.

Our strategists have 10+ years of experience each, and every link campaign is planned around what's sustainable for your site — not what's quickest to report.
